“For more than a decade, Michael’s world-class marketing suite has helped our affiliated agents and brokerages thrive, no matter the market,” said Chris Czarnecki, CEO and president, KW. “As a testament to that overwhelming success, we’re excited to bring MLMS fully in-house,”

Since 2013, MLMS has grown to support more than 130,000 KW-affiliated agents and delivered over 800 custom designs for agents and brokerage leaders with a comprehensive suite spanning brand strategy, graphic design, print solutions, and consulting.

As part of the acquisition, KW-affiliated agents and brokerages will gain access to:

  • Full-service, list-to-close marketing solutions that streamline execution and drive production for real estate agents and teams.
  • A high-end design and branding division for KW-affiliated brokerages and agents to help them craft their own distinctive visual identities and individualized brand strategy with hands-on consultations through to execution.
  • Marketing leverage to fuel brokerage growth and retention.
  • Onboarding and agent activation services to accelerate productivity and consistency.
  • Expanded design capabilities to deliver fast, consistent, market-ready assets at scale.

Effective immediately, Michael Lewis, founder of MLMS, will serve in an advisory role at KW, focused on integrating, training, and scaling MLMS across the KW ecosystem.

KW plans to fully deploy MLMS solutions across its network by the end of Q3 2026.
