WASHINGTON, June 26, 2026 (GLOBE NEWSWIRE) -- Ionic Digital Inc. (“Ionic Digital” or the “Company”), a digital infrastructure company supporting the expanding needs of AI and high-performance computing (HPC), today announced that it has raised a $400 million investment round led by new investors Attestor, Oaktree Capital Management, and Sachem Head Capital Management, with participation from Citadel and Weiss Asset Management.
The transaction implies a pre-money equity valuation of $2.0 billion. The transaction proceeds will be used for general corporate purposes, including the continued development of the Company’s digital infrastructure assets.
