Oak Health Center is excited to announce the addition of McKenna MacFarlane, an Associate Marriage and Family Therapist (AMFT), to its dedicated team of mental health professionals. MacFarlane will be providing virtual-only services, offering flexible and accessible mental health care to clients across California.
McKenna MacFarlane earned her master’s degree in Counseling from Hope International University. She is a passionate therapist committed to making personal growth an adventure. "After experiencing the transformative power of therapy within my own life,” says MacFarlane, “I became inspired to help others achieve freedom."
MacFarlane believes that overall well-being includes addressing the mind, body, and soul. As an eclectic therapist, she is dedicated to helping clients experience more freedom in their lives by untangling life’s challenges, processing unhealed wounds, and exploring one’s inner world with compassion. Her collaborative approach integrates evidence-based techniques and mind-body therapies to address issues such as anxiety, depression, trauma, and relationship challenges.
