An integral aspect of Stephane's leadership style lies in his ability to translate technological innovation into tangible business value. His track record is characterized by his adeptness in orchestrating transformative strategies that breathe new life into companies.

Stephane's early career saw him in key leadership positions at prominent tech giants like Sun Microsystems and Bell. During this period, he played a pivotal role in orchestrating six buy-side M&A deals, ranging from $300M to $3.5Bn, contributing to a total transaction value of $5Bn, highlighting his acumen in strategic business decisions. Additionally, Stephane's leadership was instrumental in scaling up four major Canadian operations, growing them from small teams of 20 individuals to expansive enterprises with up to 10,000 employees. Recent years have seen Stephane's achievements continue to soar. He served as a CEO and board member of Mobi724 Global Solutions Inc., a fintech firm specializing in digital payment platforms. He then held leadership roles at Datavalet, a leading managed service provider for AI Wi-Fi applications. Later, he took the helm as President of a company pioneering 5G edge computing technology and software solutions.
