(1) Stock options to purchase 6,000 shares of common stock became exercisable as follows: 2,000 each on April 22, 2005, 2006 and 2007. The remaining stock options to purchase 4,000 shares of common stock become exercisable as follows: 2,000 each on April 22, 2008 and 2009.
(2) Stock options to purchase 3,000 shares of common stock became exercisable as follows: 1,000 each on January 3, 2006, 2007 and 2008. The remaining stock options to purchase 2,000 shares of common stock become exercisable as follows: 1,000 each on January 3, 2009 and 2010.
