To obtain SOC 2® certification, SPAN Enterprises has to show that it has a continuous security program, focusing on internal controls and processes that promote ethical behavior, continued education, process improvement, security risk management, and cybersecurity controls designed to protect the systems and data of SPAN Enterprises' customers.

To obtain the certification, SPAN Enterprises must be audited by a CPA or CPA Firm. Currently, SPAN works with GreerWalker CPAs and Advisors out of Charlotte, NC.

While SOC 2® Certification is not a requirement for any product of SPAN Enterprises, the company sees this audit as a way to provide additional ease and peace of mind to their clients and potential clients. To obtain the SOC 2® certification, SPAN Enterprises has expended a significant amount of time and resources.
