Steelhouse redevelopment to boost Greensboro with $38 million investment, possibility of 600 jobs

The Steelhouse redevelopment project, led by the Nussbaum Center for Entrepreneurship, would invest $38 million into an empty 200,000-square-foot building to create a manufacturing center, offices, farmers market and ghost kitchens, among other plans.
