WEST PALM BEACH, FL / ACCESS Newswire / July 6, 2026 / ELEKTROS Inc. today announced that it is continuing to concentrate on its long-term strategy for high-speed electric vehicle charging infrastructure. Following a review of prior patent-related correspondence, management has chosen to focus its efforts on strategic initiatives that it believes can enhance long-term shareholder value.

The Company is evaluating potential locations for approximately 10 to 15 high-speed EV charging stations under the ELEKTROS brand while continuing to evaluate potential installation opportunities, subject to definitive agreements and customary conditions.

Management believes dependable, high-speed charging solutions will remain an important component of the growing EV marketplace and intends to carefully assess site selection, infrastructure requirements, branding opportunities, and customer demand.
