In 2011, he furthered his education by earning a Master of Business Administration with a focus on strategy and organizational leadership from USC Marshall School of Business in Los Angeles. Mr. Chaudry also holds several certifications in the program management, leadership and advanced technology domains.
In his current role, Mr. Chaudry focuses on initiatives aimed at enhancing the company's digital capabilities for quality and compliance while mitigating potential risks associated with new technologies. He and his team explore how advanced technologies can be utilized to extract more value from data and automate various operations, with a focus on advancing the company's capabilities.
Mr. Chaudry feels his most notable achievement came in 2017, while he was heading up the integration of two newly acquired companies into Edwards Lifesciences. It was a complicated merger that involved coordinating around 300 team members across five time zones to deploy five enterprise systems in just five months, but it illustrated his ability to manage intricate and sprawling projects.
A Commitment to Career, Continuous Learning and Family
Mr. Chaudry credits his professional success to a strong work ethic and an ongoing hunger for continuous learning, values that he learned from his parents. He believes that embracing challenges helps a leader to grow and he regularly takes on roles that push him outside his comfort zone. His leadership style is centered on empowering people and building solid teams by aligning individual passions with the company's goals. He measures his success not just by business results but by the professional growth he sees in those he mentors. Outside of his work, Mr. Chaudry volunteers with Humanity First USA Inc. and supports local universities and colleges through mentoring and pro bono consulting.
