National Semiconductor swings to a loss

SAN FRANCISCO (MarketWatch) -- National Semiconductor Corp. on Thursday reported a fiscal fourth-quarter loss, largely due to restructuring charges, and the analog chip maker said its sales fell 39% from a year ago.
