A lawsuit was filed in the United States District Court for the Western District of Pennsylvania on behalf of investors who purchased or acquired the securities of Viatris between August 8, 2024 and February 26, 2025, inclusive, alleging violations of the Securities Exchange Act of 1934 against the Company and certain of its senior officers.
