'Door For Talks' On Greece Remains Open: Germany's Merkel

The "door for talks" on a bailout program for Greece remains open, but "at the same time we say that the requirements for starting negotiations about a concrete ESM [European Stability Mechanism] program are not present at the moment," German Chancellor Angela Merkel said in a joint news conference with French President Francois Hollande on Monday, news reports said.
