Hallak Cleaners Hosts Special Sale to Benefit Bottomless Closet
NEW YORK - Feb. 20, 2018 - PRLog -- Hallak Cleaners is excited to announce a special sale scheduled for next month at their Manhattan store, located at 1232 Second Avenue near 65th Street. The pop-up will benefit Bottomless Closet, a non-profit organization that helps disadvantage New York City women reentering the workforce.
Well-known fashion designer, Carolina Herrera, recently donated a selection of gorgeous wedding and evening gowns to Bottomless Closet. On March 8 and 9, Hallak Cleaners 2nd Avenue location will turn part of their store into a pop-up shop featuring these designer pieces. All proceeds from the gowns' sales will be donated to Bottomless Closet to further their mission of helping women in need. Bottomless Closet's volunteers will be on-site to answer questions about their organization. No reservations are required to attend; simply stop by either day between 11 a.m. - 7 p.m.
All of the wedding dresses and evening gowns are unlabeled. There are approximately thirty evening gowns for sale, priced from $250-400. Approximately twenty-five wedding dresses will also be on sale, priced from $500-$1,000.
In addition to hosting the sale, Hallak Cleaners will also offer a special opportunity for brides who purchase a wedding gown; they will eligible for discounted packages on services such as alterations.
