GRANT, Mich. & MINNEAPOLIS - Feb. 12, 2019 - PRLog -- Porous Pave, Inc. announced the appointment of Matt R. Lamb as vice president, sales and marketing. Headquartered in Grant, Mich., Porous Pave, Inc. is the manufacturer of Porous Pave, an eco-friendly, permeable paving material made in the U.S.A. with recycled rubber. Porous Pave offers superior permeability, exceptional versatility, easy installation, and demonstrated durability.

Before joining Porous Pave, Lamb was the sales director of The Bernard Group where he consistently generated double digit growth. His prior experience includes more than 25 years with 3M. Lamb's 3M career is highlighted by his success in building and leading sales organizations that consistently produced superior results. As a marketing and business development leader, he launched a global business, introduced new products, established a dedicated sales forces, and developed key customer sole-source partnerships. Lamb will continue to reside in the Minneapolis-St. Paul, Minn. area.

Porous Pave is a pour-in-place permeable paving material available in three formulations. Porous Pave XL is the strongest, most durable blend of 50 percent recycled rubber chips and 50 percent kiln-dried aggregate, plus a hard binder. Porous Pave XLB is another 50-50 rubber-rock blend mixed with a binder selected for golf course bunker liner applications. Porous Pave XLS is 100 percent recycled rubber chips  with a softer binder for more impact-absorbing permeable surfaces. The company recently announced that the total amount of  recycled rubber used in installations of its permeable pavement has surpassed 13 million pounds.
