NEW YORK, Nov 8 (Reuters) - Billionaire investor Carl Icahn has been subpoenaed by the U.S. Justice Department over his efforts to overhaul the U.S. biofuels program during his time as an unpaid adviser to President Donald Trump, his company revealed in Securities and Exchange Commission filings.
