Gary Yantsos
Gary Yantsos is a recognized leader known for crafting the requisite strategic vision to achieve business goals and drive operational performance through innovative use of technology.
Gary partners with CEOs, executives and entrepreneurs to grow their personal and professional brands. He specializes in developing innovative approaches for delivering technology and altering business process in order to realize top line revenue. His career spans close to three decades of accomplishment at the highest levels of international commerce.
Gary's career includes leadership roles at Topcon Medical Systems – a class 2 medical device manufacturer as well as other Fortune 500 organizations like Viacom and Bertelsmann where he facilitated a high rate of business expansion as a result of his digital transformation initiatives.
Gary also served as the Chief Architect at a creative start-up where he delivered an innovative supply chain architecture that ultimately scaled internationally improved order to cash cycles by over 20%.
Earlier in his career, Gary spent a lot of time advising service organizations in a variety of industries, including publishing, telecommunications, utilities and logistics. Gary is also prominent speaker at regional and national industry events

Genice Gallegos
Genice Gallegos is a clinical research executive who has consistently assisted organizations bring medical devices to market, from product concept to product launch. Genice boasts over 18 years of experience in all aspects of clinical trial execution, from strategy and design through data analysis and clinical report generation, in diverse therapeutic areas and conditions. Genice is an expert motivator and mobilizes teams by creating collaborative and highly effective working environments where teams are empowered to excel. Genice works with organizations to ensure focus and dedication to the highest quality standards and compliance.
Genice is transitioning to her new role as Chief Clinical Officer for Experien Group where she will lead U.S. and international clinical activities for their diverse clientele, including start-up, mid-sized, and large corporations across a broad spectrum of technologies and treatment modalities.
Genice has also served as the Director of Clinical Affairs for the Medtronic Neurosurgery business which operates out of California, Texas, Colorado and Massachusetts. While at Medtronic, she was a member of their Global Clinical Council that is comprised of executive leaders across Medtronic. Genice also served as the Executive Sponsor for the EU MDR Clinical workstream responsible for implementation of these new European requirements enterprise-wide.

Al Saalabi
Al has extensive Quality and Regulatory experience in the medical device field coupled with more than twenty-five years of progressive leadership responsibilities. Experienced in successfully leading and managing transformation at the individual, functional, and enterprise-wide levels, Al brings a unique blend of technical and leadership acumen. Al established the Global Quality Management System for medical device companies in the United States, Europe, Canada, China, Japan, and Korea. He specializes in the development and execution of pre-market regulatory strategy to support global product submissions and registrations for a variety of Class I, II and III medical devices.
Al served several years as the Global VP of Quality, Regulatory and Clinical as well as a member of the Executive Management team for ACIST Medical Systems. ACIST Medical Systems is subsidiary of Bracco Group which manufactures state-of-the art contrast injection systems used in catheterization and radiology laboratories for diagnostic and interventional procedures.
Prior to ACIST, Al served as Corporate VP of Quality and Regulatory at Mentor Corporation. In this role, Al managed enterprise-wide quality management systems and regulatory assurance programs across 8 manufacturing sites in the US and Europe. Prior to Mentor, Al managed the Quality Engineering team at Pfizer; specializing in the manufacturing of respiratory, cardiopulmonary and cardiovascular systems.
Earlier in his career, Al served as Project Manager at Teledyne; responsible for the development and project management activities for various flight-test data acquisition projects.
Al is currently serves as President, Med Dev Global Solution; a consulting firm that offers a wide array of regulatory and quality services for medical device companies in North America, Europe, and Asia.
Al has a Masters degree in Electrical Engineering from the University of Southern California.
