EMA panel recommends nod for Sanofi, Regeneron's arthritis drug

April 21 (Reuters) - A European Medicines Agency panel said on Friday it recommended granting marketing approval to Sanofi and Regeneron's experimental drug to treat rheumatoid arthritis.
