Cowen Group, Inc. (“Cowen”) (NASDAQ:COWN) announced the release today of its investor relations app for iPhone, iPad and Android mobile devices now available for free at Apple’s App Store for the iPhone and iPad and at Google Play for Android mobile devices.

Cowen’s investor relations app, which is powered by theIRapp®, allows users to navigate the company’s investor relations materials as well as receive a stock quote and other important stock information. Features in the app include the latest press releases, SEC filings, webcasts and presentations. Investors utilizing the app will also have the ability take notes directly onto documents within the app.
