InBIA's Annual Conference Takes Place April 17-20, 2016, and is expected to Draw Nearly 600 Entrepreneurial Ecosystem Stakeholders from Across the Globe
ORLANDO, Fla. - April 4, 2016 - PRLog -- The International Business Innovation Association (InBIA), a non-profit organization and global advocate for stakeholders within entrepreneur-driven economic ecosystems, is gearing up for its long-standing conference taking place in Orlando, Fla., the new home of the Association's headquarters. The conference kicks off Sunday evening, April 17, with a welcome reception and runs through Wednesday afternoon, April 20. It offers attendees expert-led sessions on a variety of industry topics and multiple networking events, bringing together leaders from business incubators, accelerators, university entrepreneurship centers, coworking spaces, and more.

Here are some of the program highlights planned for the 30th International Conference on Business Incubation:

·   Preconference Institute - two days of intensive training courses covering topics such as Business Model Canvas, Lean Startup, finance and operation best practices, university entrepreneurship centers, capital fundraising, revenue and grants strategies, and more.

·   BIG Leadership Summit - workshop that brings together leaders to discuss the best approaches in driving regional economic development through international collaboration.

·   Dolphin Tank - pitch event for startups from InBIA member organizations.

·   Powerhouse Keynotes - industry veterans Alex Osterwalder and Daniel Isenberg will each present keynote addresses to the expected 600 attendees.

·   Speakers - impressive roster of more than 50 industry experts from across the world.

·   Seven Concurrent Tracks - 30-plus sessions covering topics from serving entrepreneurs and specialty incubation, to university and international entrepreneurship, and more.

·   Fireside Chats - informal panel discussions during lunch that will discuss ways to build vibrant entrepreneurship hubs and global innovation through federal programs.

·   Member Awards Dinner - features a private tour of the Atlantis Shuttle, inside the world famous Kennedy Space Center, and dinner before the awards ceremony.

·   Entrepreneurship Tours - visits to the University of Central Florida's College of Engineering and Computer Science Maker Space and the downtown Orlando coworking space, Canvs, and the Starter Studio accelerator.
