Open to the public, world leaders aim to open the dialogue on grief, healing & hope
PRLog - Feb. 26, 2015 - INDIANAPOLIS -- Beth Nielsen Chapman, award winning Grammy nominee songwriter, will give a keynote speech that’s open to the public at the National Grief & Hope Convention 2015, on Friday, April 17, 2015, at the JW Marriott Grand Ballroom in Indianapolis.
Nielsen Chapman is a Nashville based singer-songwriter who has penned eight #1 hits and written songs for multiple top artists including Elton John, Trisha Yearwood, Willie Nelson, and Faith Hill. Following the death of her husband from cancer in 1994 and a terrifying bout of breast cancer, Nielsen Chapman released “Sand & Water,” which was performed by Elton John in memory of Princess Diana.
Nielsen Chapman will offer a workshop on Friday, April 17, teaching creativity as a tool for healing, and then take the JW Marriott Grand Ballroom stage for a keynote later that evening.
Other notable speakers include Martin Luther King’s daughter, Trayvon Martin’s mother, and Heaven is For Real’s Todd Burpo. Open to the public, tickets are $35 per session and available at www.griefconvention.com.
