In trading on Tuesday, the SPDR S&P Metals and Mining ETF (XME) is outperforming other ETFs, up about 3.8% on the day. Components of that ETF showing particular strength include shares of Allegheny Technologies (ATI), up about 27.9% and shares of Century Aluminum (CENX), up about 9.9% on the day.
