CORRECTED-UPDATE 1-Dropbox sees IPO price between $16 and $18 per share

March 12 (Reuters) - Data-sharing business Dropbox Inc on Monday filed for an initial public offering of 36 million shares, giving the company a value of more than $7 billion at the high end of the pricing range.
