This Transgender Day of Remembrance, we honour the lives tragically lost due to anti-transgender violence. This year is already the deadliest year on record in the US according to @humanrightscampaign, which includes at least 45 transgender and gender non-confirming people killed so far – the majority of whom were Black and Latina transgender women.
