formsflow.ai is a completely free and open-source solution that allows anyone to build web applications for businesses without any programming. It features intelligent forms, decision-making workflows, and powerful analytics, which can be combined to create powerful enterprise applications.
formsflow.ai is being used by an ever-growing list of public sector organizations in North America to rapidly build business applications. Find formsflow.ai on GitHub here: https://github.com/AOT-Technologies/forms-flow-ai
The BC Ministry of Citizens Services used formsflow.ai to quickly build a Travel Isolation Plan application for returning citizens during the COVID-19 pandemic. The Ministry required a workflow solution that would be triggered by self-isolation plan submissions. The system had to enable Ministry staff to effectively communicate the required measures and process the needs of citizens returning from abroad during the pandemic. Due to the nature of the situation, the solution had to be conceived, built, and tested in just a few days.
formsflow.ai was also used by the BC Government to create an online self-assessment for drone pilots. All Government staff managing or flying a remotely piloted aircraft system (RPAS) or drone in BC must complete and submit a self-assessment form which needs to be viewed, stored, and on occasion modified by Ministry privacy staff. The problem was a great fit for the formsflow.ai open-source solution. Using formsflow.ai, the team developed and delivered a solution to manage the self-certification required by Government staff to fly a RPAS in BC in record time.
