(OTC PINK:DGDM) ("DGDM" or the "Company"), announced today that its Board of Directors has voted to change the name of the Company to "Black Bird Biotech, Inc.", to provide a more readily recognizable platform for its EPA-registered plant-based MiteXstream™ biopesticide technology. The name change will become effective upon the Company's satisfying regulatory procedures.
