This recognition of Diversified's 2021 Sustainability Report reflects the Company's commitment to incorporate sustainability into the fabric of its financing and operating strategies, and highlights the Company's commitment to ESG reporting transparency within its Sustainability and Annual Reports.

ESG Investing praised the report for its well organized and clearly defined approach to address a wide range of significant ESG issues in meaningful detail.
