Four firm attorneys earn repeat recognition for commercial litigation excellence
Four attorneys with trial and appellate boutique Pierce & O’Neill have again been recognized among the nation’s top litigators by the Lawdragon 500 Leading Litigators in America listing.
Among the repeat honorees are name partners Jesse Pierce and Jack O’Neill, who focus on complex commercial disputes, environmental litigation, oil and gas matters and appellate law. Both were recently recognized by the prestigious Chambers USA guide, including Band 1 rankings – the highest honor – for Mr. Pierce’s oil and gas litigation practice.

Earning a second appearance to the legal guide is trial lawyer Mary Pace Livingstone, who was also honored for commercial litigation. She represents clients in claims involving breach of fiduciary duty, breach of contract, fraud, and in oil and gas matters.
Also listed for the second consecutive year is commercial litigator John Schwambach. Mr. Schwambach focuses on complex civil matters in both state and federal courts and was recently recognized by The Best Lawyers in America for his admiralty and maritime work.
The 2024 edition lists the country’s top litigation attorneys. Honorees were selected based on the company's vetting process, which includes journalistic research and peer submissions.
