CBL Properties (NYSE: CBL) today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular cash dividend of $0.40 per common share for the quarter ending June 30, 2025. The dividend is payable on June 30, 2025, to shareholders of record as of June 13, 2025. In addition to the regular common dividend, which equates to an annual dividend payment of $1.60 per common share, CBL previously paid a special cash dividend of $0.80 per share on March 31, 2025.
