• Transportation Innovation Leader – Ocean State Job Lot for their commitment to building a fast and smart transportation network by unlocking new levels of logistics planning and efficiency. They are on a journey to unify distribution, transportation, labor, and automation in order to untangle complex supply chain networks, improve visibility and reduce costs.
• Inventory Innovator – Pet Supplies Plus for unifying every aspect of their supply chain functions, providing a unified platform from demand forecasting through final delivery to their stores and end customers. With Manhattan Active Supply Chain Planning, they will achieve greater agility enabled by unified planning, enhanced forecasting accuracy powered by AI-driven insights and seamless alignment between planning and execution systems.
• Most Unified Supply Chain – Duluth Trading for unifying their supply chain, order management, customer service, and store operations to create seamless customer experiences across distribution centers, digital channels, and retail stores.
• AI Innovation in Supply Chain – Army & Airforce Exchange Service for deploying Manhattan’s Agentic AI assistant, Manhattan Active® Maven to provide their customers with faster, more personalized and more accurate service. They now handle a broader range of customer inquiries directly, including complex requests such as shipment tracking, order status, pickup details, and FAQs, significantly reducing human agents’ administrative workload.
• Outstanding Woman in Supply Chain – Annie Barua of Floor & Decor for spearheading the company’s supply chain transformation from on-premise to cloud. Annie is leading their migration of all four of Manhattan’s solution pillars - Order Management, Transportation Management, Warehouse Management and Supply Chain Planning, to Manhattan Active and an ERP implementation in parallel - a feat extremely challenging and rarely attempted. This will enable the company to be truly unified and deliver exceptional customer service.
