Interface Increases Regular Quarterly Dividend

Interface, Inc. (Nasdaq: TILE), the global flooring solutions company and leader in sustainability, today announced that its Board of Directors has declared a regular quarterly cash dividend of $0.02 per share, an increase from the previous quarterly dividend of $0.01 per share. The dividend is payable on September 12, 2025 to shareholders of record as of August 29, 2025.

“This increase, though modest, reflects our continued confidence in the strength of the business and our commitment to delivering shareholder value,” commented Laurel Hurd, CEO of Interface.
