WINNIPEG, MB: Bergen Gardens, a memory care and senior living facility in Winnipeg, recently completed a full wage review for its staff. Having completed the review, the company realized it was able to pay staff higher wages, both presently and on an ongoing basis. As such, it has increased the pay of staff members and adjusted its wage scale.
