After having given a second lease of life, for almost 10 years, to more than 5,000 old radios by "reconnecting" them to our times, A.absolument is now looking towards the future by directing its passion for sound onto a new playing field. : the creation of bluetooth speakers. "It was the difficulty of finding old radios in good condition that first took us on the path of this new adventure," explains Arthur VERNE, the CEO. "Faced with growing demand, we had to react. Driven by the desire to achieve excellence in terms of listening quality and to become a key player in timeless sound, we took on the challenge of bringing a unique device to life ourselves."

In 2013, Arthur VERNE, passionate about music, new technologies and beautiful objects, was offered by his father a vintage set belonging to his grandfather. Under the spell of this family radio ful of memories and History(s), he dreams of being able to use it every day to listen to his own playlists. With the help of his father, he decides to modernize it - without distorting it - by allowing connection to a telephone. The challenge is met and the music lover's pleasure is at its peak. Arthur then realizes that the original project he carried out for himself could delight other owners of radios from yesteryear. After launching into the modernization of vintage radios as a self-employed person in 2013 under the name A.bsolument, he saw bigger and created the company of the same name 2 years later with the philosophy of respect for authenticity of things, emotion and sustainability. Since then, lulled by the beauty of yesterday and the performance of today, like sound craftsmen, thanks to 3 key steps - changing the speaker, adding a 50w analog amplifier and integration of a Bluetooth system - the enthusiasts who make up the A.absolument team take the radios back in time to offer all music lovers a unique experience. From there is born a new project with the first notes of 2023, that of creating a unique Bluetooth speaker, the speaker of a lifetime: PRODIGE.
