Those wishing to check whether they qualify for various secured loans can do so by filling out a short form on the company’s website.

This latest announcement enables clients to make a fully informed decision regarding which loan is right for them. Many people obtain a personal loan for home improvements and then secure the loan at an APR fixed rate. However, the company suggests that clients may be able to secure the loan with the best deal with a low APR by using the equity in their home.

With Express Finance, new 3.12% APRC secured loans are available from Lloyds Bank and 2.98% APRC secured homeowner loans are available from Santander. Both options allow clients to borrow amounts from £10,000 with a loan-to-value of up to 90%, whilst also enabling clients to keep their current mortgage.

The company is also able to offer 2.79% APR secured homeowner loans from TSB. This option is suggested for homeowners wishing to borrow over £10,000 and comes with no lenders fees, advisors fees, or brokers fees.

Express Finance advises that clients check their credit history before agreeing to credit checks. This should be carried out before looking at a loan provider or comparing loans at a fixed or variable rate. Clients are also advised to carefully consider matters before securing debts against their homes and to obtain a secured loan only when necessary. Taking out a secured loan could result in repossession in the case that the client is unable to repay.

This latest announcement is in line with the company’s commitment to providing high-quality financial consultation to help clients find an appropriate loan to suit their needs. To learn more, visit https://www.express-finance.co.uk/secured-loans-santander

A spokesperson for the company said, “Even with a poor credit score, you can compare secured loans, consider balance transfer cards, and consult a credit broker for an unsecured loan or a personal loan at great interest rates. We advise you to be cautious of early repayment fees, base rate changes, lender fees and repayment fees.”
