DALLAS, February 14, 2023 (Newswire.com) - Voz Media announced today the acquisition of MegaTV business from Spanish Broadcasting System, Inc. (the "Company" or "SBS") (OTC Pink: SBSAA) for a total acquisition price of $64 million USD.
