Simple Life has added a new key member to the executive team, Rob Flitton.
Rob Flitton will lead the acquisition and development of new land for future Simple Life communities as the VP of Development. He comments, “In a land development career, one is pleasantly surprised at finding meaningful innovation in an industry that evolves so rarely and slowly – Simple Life has introduced a remarkable new kind of small home community that is truly leading edge that I am proud and excited to be a part of.”
Flitton brings over 30 years of experience in Florida, Seattle, California, Nevada, Colorado and Vancouver BC to the table as he embarks on this journey with Simple Life. He will identify prospects, direct a team of consultants during the construction of a project, negotiate final contracts, monitor jobsite activities and conduct on-site inspections, startups and final walkthroughs, among other key responsibilities.
Simple Life CEO Mike McCann comments, “We are very excited to have a proven veteran leader of land acquisition and development joining our team as we grow Simple Life’s footprint in Florida and Western North Carolina.” Flitton will be a major asset to the fast expansion of Simple Life over the coming years.
