Little Rock, AR Author Publishes Financial Thriller Novel

By: PR Leap
(PRLeap.com) "Just Call Me Gatsby", a new book by Gary Goldstick, has been released by Dorrance Publishing Co., Inc.

In "Just Call Me Gatsby", author Gary Goldstick delivers a sharp, suspenseful exploration of wealth, manipulation, and the thin line between perception and reality in the modern financial world.

Christopher "Gatsby" Brooks has it all-status, charm, and the illusion of limitless wealth. To the outside world, he's the embodiment of the American capitalist dream. But when Shirley Frazier, a savvy management consultant, uncovers that a large portion of Gatsby's fortune stems from the sale of unregistered-and possibly illegal-securities, her discovery sets off a chain reaction that could shatter Gatsby's carefully constructed empire.

As prosecutors close in and a dead body surfaces in connection with his schemes, Gatsby makes one final, high-risk gamble: launching a secretive venture fund that depends on raising $100 million before Shirley and federal investigators destroy his reputation. With major investors demanding their money back-and his calculating wife Miriam making moves of her own-Gatsby must decide how far he's willing to go to protect the illusion he's built.

A gripping blend of psychological drama and financial intrigue, "Just Call Me Gatsby" examines the modern obsessions with power, image, and trust. Readers will find echoes of The Great Gatsby in its themes of ambition and illusion, alongside the narrative tension of Joseph Finder's Paranoia and the financial sharpness of Christina Alger's The Darlings.

Fans of literary and business thrillers-from Louis Auchincloss' The Embezzler to Thomas Wolfe's A Man in Full-will be riveted by this timely novel about ambition, deception, and the dangerous pursuit of legacy.
