Boise, United States - November 24, 2020 /PressCable/

Cosmos Religion has released a potentially controversial article “New Breakthrough System Reveals Your True Calling Through Ancient Mayan Code”, bringing some cause for concern, as the article may upset people who believe in major religions that have a lot of followers/believers, as well as people who are skeptical about religion in general, and/or people who don’t believe in fate or a cosmic nature/entity that is above them.

The article is a 1 minute long read that examines the high points and low points of the mayan code, and a digital product that breaks the mayan code down for you, in the pursuit of providing historical facts and a friendly suggestion for people interested in or open to alternative forms of belief or religions, as well as people who are lost in life, and/or people who are unsure of themselves, and/or people who don’t like major institutions/religions. Causing controversy is quite typical for this site, given its discipline in religion, though, a certain element of the article is set to spark discontent amongst, particularly, Conventional Believers / Christians / Muslims / Catholics / Jews / Amish / etc. (most ‘ordinary’ religions and their followers).

Below is a portion of the piece, which neatly exemplifies the controversial element:

Here’s the problem: It’s [the Julian Calendar] got major flaws. You see, not only does it NOT contain the secret code that people used to unlock their potential in life, but it actually is missing several days (why we have leap years), ignores an entire cycle of the moon going around the earth, and has got the names of the months wrong!

A spokesperson for Cosmos Religion, James Pit, says “Of course Cosmos Religion never sets out to intentionally upset anybody. The aim of our articles is first and foremost to help the reader to understand the history of the world, its religions, and their correlation to one another.. It is critical that we stay dedicated to our true voice.

Although our article “New Breakthrough System Reveals Your True Calling Through Ancient Mayan Code” might unsettle people who believe in major religions that have a lot of followers/believers or people who are skeptical about religion in general (or even people who just don’t believe in fate or a cosmic nature/entity that is above them at all) our duty is to our readers. We believe it’s more important for us to lay down the facts and to keep our target audience informed and interested in the various teachings from around the globe, than to please everyone. Which is notoriously difficult to do.”

Although there has been no backlash as of yet, the possibility exists as the article directly refutes many beliefs in their respective followings. Although, not all religions or beliefs necessarily imply that another is illegitimate..

Cosmos Religion has been a provider of in depth articles in the World Religions market for less than a year, although it is steadily growing.

Cosmos Religion has stated the future aims for the website are to bring awareness and understanding of religions that don’t get a lot of press or are unknown to the masses. It is also to help people find what is true to them and broaden their view of the world and religions in general.. So Cosmos Religion hopes any controversy will pass quickly and re-emphasizes no offence is or was intended.
