MONROE, Mich. - Jan. 11, 2022 - PRLog -- InterMountain Management is excited to announce the opening of TownePlace Suites Monroe, MI located at 1440 North Dixie Highway, Monroe, Michigan. The hotel is owned by longtime Monroe businessman Philip Patel and his partners and was developed by Buddy One, LLC. The new 95-suite hotel is built for travelers looking for a simple and friendly place where they can settle-in, keep their routine, and easily connect to the Detroit Metro Airport (DTW). The hotel will operate as a Marriott franchise, managed by InterMountain Management, LLC of Monroe, Louisiana. Dual General Manager Stephanie Knauf leads the management team at the property for InterMountain Management.
