MANA price movement: can MANA reach $4?

By: Invezz

Decentraland MANA/USD is a virtual reality platform that is built on top of the Ethereum blockchain and intended to enable users to create, experience, and monetize content and applications.

MANA is the native cryptocurrency token that’s used to buy land and other items in the Decentraland metaverse.

The Australian Open (AOMetaverse) closing party as the reason for MANA’s recent rally

On January 24, we covered buying the dip vs. selling the rip for Decentraland.

The current MANA price surge is due to the news of the Australian Open (AOMetaverse).

Through an announcement made on Twitter on January 31, we can see that it featured Steve Aoki, who is a well-known artist.

The Australian Open is one of the largest tennis tournaments in the world, which is held on an annual basis in Australia at Melbourne Park.

Interestingly, the budget for 2022 for this tournament was $75 million, and the winner was Rafael Nadal.

If you’re curious to exactly how Decentraland ties into all of this, it is due to the fact that it was chosen as the host for the Australian Open Tournament closing party, which is an indication of the event’s move towards the Metaverse.

With publicity such as this, MANA has huge potential for growth.

Should you buy Decentraland (MANA)?

On February 1, 2022, Decentraland (MANA) had a value of $2.76.

As a means of truly getting a perspective as to what this value point indicates for the MANA token, we will be going over it’s all-time high value, as well as its performance throughout the previous month.

The all-time high value of Decentraland (MANA) was on November 25, 2021, when it reached a value of $5.85. This means that at its ATH, the token was $3.09 higher in value or by 111%.

In terms of the performance throughout the previous month, Decentraland (MANA), its highest point, was on January 7, when it reached a value of $3.38.

Its lowest value was on January 22, when it decreased to $1.82. This gives us an indication that the token decreased in value by $1.56 or by 26%.

However, from the span of January 22 to February 1, the token increased in value by $0.94 or by 51%.

With this in mind, MANA is a solid buy as it can reach $4 by the end of March 2022.
