Sea Light Design-Build Welcomes Brendan Welch to the Team

BETHANY BEACH, Del. - Feb. 28, 2022 - PRLog -- Sea Light Design-Build is proud to introduce their newest team member, Brendan Welch, 30-year resident of Ocean View, DE.

Welch moved from Silver Spring, MD to Ocean View, DE 30 years ago as an Assistant Golf Professional at a local golf club. He first joined the building field in 2004 as Assistant Project Manager for a small commercial developer. For the next decade and a half, Welch worked for 84 Lumber Co. selling building materials to residential builders; became a specialist in the residential application of Tyvek flashing and wrapping; and served as MJ Services in Bishopville, MD as their Construction Installer and Manager.

After 25+ years in the commercial and residential building industry, Brendan Welch is elated to join Sea Light Design-Build as their new Construction Project Manager. Welch easily breaks down blueprints into efficient stages, including mechanical components. For example, plumbing, electric and HVAC. He loves trouble shooting renovation projects that often provide cost efficient solutions for customers. This is a good fit for Sea Light Design-Build customers.

Brendan adds, "What caught my eye at Sea Light Design-Build was their professional online presence, the numerous award-wins, positive customer testimonials, and the design-build vision portrayed in so many past projects. When I worked for 84 Lumber Co., I had the pleasure of providing materials on several of these jobs to Chuck Coleman, owner of Sea Light Design-Build, and thus I got to know him better.
