The goal is for builders, architects and other professionals in the Greater Houston area to take part in the golf benefit to be educated on flood mitigation options and an increased focus on resiliency in the area.

HOUSTON - July 13, 2022 - PRLog -- On Wednesday, September 21st, Floodproofing.com will kick off its Inaugural Golf Tournament and Benefit focused on building awareness and raising funds for charities focused on flood mitigation and resiliency.

The event, hosted at Blackhorse Golf Club in Cypress, TX, aims to bring builders, architects and other professionals working in flood zones to learn about the risks and solutions available while enjoying a jam-packed day on the course.

The tournament is a scramble format with a shotgun start at 8:30 a.m.  Single golfer and foursome packages are available along with a variety of sponsorship opportunities for local businesses to take part in.
