Somatic Embodiment Program Created by Lisa Meuser Is Now Open For Enrollment

BLOOMINGTON, Ind. - Jan. 20, 2023 - PRLog -- Visionary Somatic Therapist and co-creator of the Matrix Integration, Lisa Meuser has opened enrollment for 2023 Matrix Integration Exploration Year 3- Remembering the Depth of our Inner Voices: an exploration of building capacity with shadow and trusting abundance. The purpose of the Matrix Integration Exploration (MIE) is to achieve integrated healing. Her direct lived experiences, inner deaths and awakenings, and experiential intimate journeying with thousands of others, has shown Lisa that the matrix of the individual is directly related to, but not limited by, the matrix of culture.

With over 25 years of experience with addiction, trauma, and somatic work, Meuser has created this modality to empower individuals to achieve integrated healing, remember Love, and experience abundance. The purpose of MIE is to effectively empower individual participants to move beyond the oppressive and dysfunctional culturally created systems that have been installed in our somatic systems and inner psychologies, that play out in our day to day reality.

When asked how the Matrix Integration Exploration program has impacted them, a participant says about 2022 Matrix Integration Exploration (MIE), "I have courage now due to the different/new understanding and experience of love that I received from the Matrix Integration. It has enlivened me with a wonderful feeling of deep, simple love and self-love. The community has played a central role in this. I felt hesitant about the community at first, being raised in an individual way, where I learned to hide my weaknesses. But opening up, sharing and hearing about others' experiences in a way without expectation, but with simplicity, acceptance, integrity and love is so healing. This has been a unique and special experience for me. This experience has changed me profoundly, and I feel this is for life".

Lisa Meuser is a Living Inquiries Facilitator, Co-creator, and Trainer. She has a Masters of Social Work, she is a level 3 Reiki Master, an Access BARS practitioner, and has studied Myofacial Release, Shamanic Healing, Tantric Kundalini, Death and Dying/Hospice Counseling, Right Relations, attachment theory, DID, Harm Reduction, Implicit Bias, Relational Cultural Therapy, a year long study of Resmaa Menakem's "My Grandmother's Hands" and 3+ years of learning Somatic Abolition with Resmaa Menakam, and Couples Therapy with Terrance Real. She has also been through various diversity and racial justice training, and is well trained in ancestral trauma, trauma as related to marginalized communities (including sex laborers) and sexual, emotional, psychological, narcissistic and ritual assault/abuse.
