Tracy Lamb has been promoted to Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, and Erica Bell to Director of Marketing. McLean, VA - October 8, 2025 - Miller & Smith, one of the Washington region’s most recognized homebuilders, today announced the advancement of two long-standing team members into key leadership roles. Tracy Lamb has been named Senior Vice President of Sales & Marketing, and Erica Bell has been promoted to Director of Marketing.
