Intrepid Advises Aceto US, LLC, a Leading Provider of Specialty Chemicals, on Its Acquisitions of A&C and Cascade Chemistry

LOS ANGELES, CA / ACCESSWIRE / July 29, 2021 / Intrepid announced today that it acted as advisor to Aceto US, LLC (Aceto) on its acquisitions of A&C and Cascade Chemistry. Founded in 1947, Port Washington, N.Y.-based Aceto is a leading provider of specialty materials to the life sciences and advanced technology end markets. A&C is a leading global GMP manufacturer of specialty excipients, buffers, and process solutions to life sciences industries. Cascade Chemistry is a contract development and manufacturing organization (CDMO) that specializes in the manufacturing of active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) and advanced intermediates. Together these acquisitions expand Aceto's North American footprint while adding drug development support and GMP manufacturing capabilities.
