Hazelwood School District's All-District Drumline Wins Top Honors at Regional Competition

HAZELWOOD, MO / ACCESS Newswire / September 17, 2025 / The Hazelwood School District (HSD) is proud to announce that the HSD All-District Drumline has achieved first place at the recent regional competition, showcasing the talent, dedication, and teamwork of its outstanding student musicians.

The All-District Drumline, composed of student percussionists from across HSD's three high schools, impressed judges and audiences alike with their dynamic performance, precision, and creativity. Their achievement highlights the district's strong commitment to fine arts education and the positive impact of music on student success.

A Celebration of Student Talent

The competition brought together top drumlines from across the region, challenging participants to demonstrate technical skill, rhythm, and showmanship. The Hazelwood team's performance stood out for its energy, synchronization, and musical excellence, earning them the highest honors.
