Pursuing an Education

Before beginning his professional career, Mr. Dulman studied cinema production and psychology at San Francisco State University, from which he transferred to the University of Southern California to earn a bachelor's degree in film and television production in 2013. Additionally, he completed the Unconscious Bias: From Awareness to Action certification program through edX LLC in 2018.

During his educational experience, Mr. Dulman had the opportunity to learn from notable screenwriters and directors. From 2011 to 2012, he served as an assistant to screenwriter Mardik Martin and participated in a mentorship with Emmy award-winning director Barnet Kellman the following year. While at the University of Southern California in 2012, Mr. Dulman also directed his first commercial, the first-place-winning commercial "History of the Grove," in a commercial contest for The Grove of Los Angeles.

From Commercial Director to Real Estate Professional

Following his graduation in 2013, Mr. Dulman became a freelance commercial director, a role he continues to hold today. From 2018 to 2020, he also worked as a commercial director with ArtClass Content. Before the COVID-19 pandemic began, Mr. Dulman made the decision to begin an additional career in the real estate industry, hoping to have a direct impact on the lives of others while still directing commercials.

Mr. Dulman became a real estate agent and adviser with Sotheby's International Realty in 2020 and has since achieved significant success in the field, where he sold $20 million in his first year. A year later, he moved to his current brokerage, Compass. Whether assisting first-time homebuyers, investors, or helping sellers gain the greatest return on investment, Mr. Dulman is with his clients through every step of the process, offering expert strategy, top-level negotiations and advocacy, and a luxury experience at any price point.

Creative Contributions and Awards

Throughout his career as a director, Mr. Dulman has contributed to numerous creative works. He directed Gillette's "A Father's Son" commercial in 2015, an Instagram commercial campaign in 2016, Lexus' "Photo Shoot" and "Catcall" commercials in 2017, as well as Google Play's "April Fools' Day" commercial in 2017, among several others. Most notably, he has directed the Coca-Cola "Season of Giving" commercial since 2018.

In honor of his contributions to the film and real estate industries, Mr. Dulman has received several awards and accolades. He was featured in SHOOT Magazine's New Directors Showcase in 2018 and was a semifinalist for Best Travel Advertisement in the 2019 Travel Video Awards. Additionally, he was acknowledged as a top-producing real estate agent by the Los Angeles Times in his first year, ranked in the top 1.5% of realtors nationwide and locally by the coveted RealTrends Verified, and received the Rising Star award from the California Association of Realtors.

Plans for the Future
