Anthony Brenz Named CFO

Artificial Intelligence Technology Solutions, Inc., (OTCPK:AITX), today announced that its wholly-owned subsidiary Robotic Assistance Devices, Inc. (RAD) has appointed Anthony Brenz to the newly created position of Chief Financial Officer.

As CFO, Brenz will lead RAD’s financial organization and will be responsible for accounting, treasury, financial planning and analysis, tax, and investor relations in addition to participation in various AITX duties and strategies.
