Ms. Brown will manage consultant activities worldwide and will strengthen relationships with consultant partners who are seeking to provide clients globally with top tier private equity and private credit solutions.

Prior to joining Adams Street, Jennifer was Managing Director of the Global Business Development Group at Barings, LLC, where she led marketing strategy for U.S. Consultant Relations and was responsible for establishing consultant relationships to attract new business opportunities. Before Barings, Jennifer was a Vice President of Global Consultant Relations at BlackRock and an Assistant Vice President of Institutional Equities Sales Trading at Barclays Capital (formerly Lehman Brothers). Ms. Brown has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Hampton University summa cum laude and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
