Before Barings, Jennifer was a Vice President of Global Consultant Relations at BlackRock and an Assistant Vice President of Institutional Equities Sales Trading at Barclays Capital (formerly Lehman Brothers). Ms. Brown has a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Hampton University summa cum laude and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
