Century Communities Announces the Closing of its Private Offering of $500 Million of Senior Notes due 2029

Century Communities, Inc. (NYSE: CCS), a leading national homebuilder, today announced that it has successfully closed its private offering of $500 million aggregate principal amount of its new 3.875% Senior Notes due 2029 (the “Notes”). The Notes are guaranteed on an unsecured senior basis by certain of the Company’s current and future subsidiaries, including substantially all of its domestic wholly-owned subsidiaries.

The Company intends to use a portion of the net proceeds from the offering to redeem (the “Redemption”) all $400 million aggregate principal amount of its outstanding 5.875% Senior Notes due 2025 (the “2025 Senior Notes”). Following the Redemption of the 2025 Senior Notes, the Company intends to use the remaining net proceeds from the offering for general corporate purposes.
