Reynolds Advisory Partners, LLC (“RAP” or “Reynolds”) advised Titan Robotics LLC of Colorado Springs, Colorado, in its sale to 3D Systems (NYSE: DDD), of Rock Hill, South Carolina. The transaction closed on April 1, 2022.

Titan Robotics is the market leader in pellet-based polymer extrusion 3D printing technology and the only manufacturer offering hybrid tool head configurations.
